Q1. How long does it take to receive an order?  We utilise the Australia Post network via Express Post or Fastway Courier network. Typically, orders are expected to arrive within 2 business days.

Q2. Do you send orders internationally? Due to the fragile nature of chocolate, we do not post internationally as we cannot guarantee the product will arrive safely and uncompromised.

Q3. Is pickup available? Although we are foodservice distributor, our warehouse is currently not available to the public. But we do offer pickup for prearranged orders for pickup from our Yarraville, Victoria residence. No postage or handling is charged for this.

Q4. Do you accept COD payments? We accept COD payments for prearranged orders at a mutually agreed pickup time.

Q5. Do you accept credit card payments? We accept credit card payments via Paypal which is free to join. Paymate is also accepted.

Q6. Do you accept corporate credit cards? We offer over-the phone credit card payments for Corporates only for Mastercard and VISA. Please note there is a surcharge of 4% for this payment option.

Q7. Do you accept American Express? We are currently in the process of acquiring a merchant credit card facility for AMEX. Please be advised we will be accepting American Express from Monday 1st March 2010. This will attract no surcharge whatsover.

Q8. Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders? Due to our prices being very low, a better price might not be possible.  We are happy to quote on large orders. We run special promotions on certain lines all the time.  Please contact us for an obligation free quote.

Q9. What measures are taken to ensure the chocolates do not melt? Our aim is for the chocolates to arrive to the buyer the same state as we have sent them. Towards this end, we utilise adequate packaging such as bubblewrap and foil and during hotter months, polystyrene box/icepack are incorporated. As a rule, we send overnight and never over the weekend.

Q10. I am after certain chocolates not found on your website, do you sell them? Please let us know the chocolate variety you seek, as we might be able to source it on your behalf.
