Q1. How long does it take to receive an order? We utilise the Australia Post network Post or Courier network. Typically, orders are expected to arrive within 2 business days. During high peak times such as Christmas and Easter, deliveries may take 3-4 business days due to high volumes.

Q2. Do you send orders internationally?Due to the fragile nature of chocolate, we do not post internationally as we cannot guarantee the product will arrive safely and uncompromised.

Q3. Is pickup available?Due to popular demand, our new shop warehouse will be open to the public beginning late November 2017 in Altona North.  New shop warehouse is situated at 300-300 Millers Road Millers Junction 7 Blackwood Drive Altona North VIC 3025. We are behind AUTOBARN.

Q4. Do you accept COD payments? We do not accept COD payments. 

Q5. Do you accept credit card payments?We accept credit card payments using VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX via our website. We also accept Paypal which is free to join. . No fees apply on all credit card payments including AMEX.

Q6. Do you accept corporate credit cards? We offer over-the phone credit card payments for Corporates only for AMEX, VISA & MASTERCARDpayments. Please note there is no surcharge on these payment options.

Q7. Do you accept American Express? Please be advised we now accept American Express. This attracts no surcharge whatsover.

Q8. Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?Due to our prices being very low, a better price might not be possible.  We are happy to quote on large orders. We run special promotions on certain lines all the time.  Please contact us for an obligation free quote.

Q9. What measures are taken to ensure the chocolates do not melt? Our aim is for the chocolates to arrive to the buyer the same state as we have sent them. Towards this end, we utilise adequate packaging such as bubblewrap and foil and during hotter months, polystyrene box/icepack are incorporated. As a rule, we send overnight and never over the weekend.

Q10. I am after certain chocolates not found on your website, do you sell them? Please let us know the chocolate variety you seek, as we might be able to source it on your behalf.
